Procs rampage. The spell drops my agil currently from 102 to 92, then like few minutes later my agil reports at 61. Duplicated many times no other buffs on me and im not over wt. The most it should drop agil by is 20 not 41 and im not even max lvl so not getting the full effects of the proc
