Monk h2h skill cap
 

It seems like very old monks on this server have a 1hb skill cap of 252 while newer monks have a cap of 245. I don't know if it was changed in a patch or what, but the monks at 252 weren't lowered back down to 245 as can be seen when they compare their atk with a 1hb or 2hb equipped to bare fists. This should be normalized across the board as 7 points of weapon skill is quite significant.

The server code caps it at 245 for all level 60 monks, regardless of what value is sent to the client. Same for all other class/level/skill combos where client shows values that are over the current caps.
