I think the problem was more linking/quoting martinlutherking.org which is a site made by Stormfront (a white supremacist group). I don't think that should be bannable (if that was in fact what got him banned - keep in mind this is Naez evading a previous ban), but acting like he got banned for posting something objecting from wikipedia is just disingenuous.
