Tomer Istogle doesn't respond to hails.

Priestess Jahnda doesn't offer the quest for Blessed Oil.

Wolten Grafe won't give quest for bone chips.

Will add more as I find them.

2nd the Tomer Instogle one, should follow you back to the monk guild i believe?

Dont know if the quest is on a faction, as i attempted it as a druid, but i know that one doesnt work atm

I tried it with my monk, and he still didn't respond to my hail. Guess it isn't implemented yet/broken.

*UPDATE*

Wolten Grafe and Priestess Jahnda appear to be working correctly but Tomer Instogle insists on being unresponsive! He does not respond in text to replies but will stop and stare at you as though you were a complete ******* ******. :)
