Spell files outdated?
 

I just got the "spell files outdated" message on login screen - however, I cannot find any link to the latest changes (if there was a patch).
I have tried http://www.project1999.org/files/eqchangesv21.zip - to no avail...

Edit: Hmm - since the login to the server is currently not working anymore, and the shown online population dropped from ca. 200 to 150 in about 5 minutes, I am assuming there is something funky going on...
