Blood of the Dhampyre
 

I've been farming Cloaked Dhampyre for a while now, so I have a boatload of these things. They last 1 minute, and appear to do nothing at all. I was told yesterday you were supposed to get a regen jolt from them. Maybe I'm crazy.

If I remember right the regen is like 2 a tick or something really pitiful like that.
