Staff of Battle or Sarnak hammer/ensaring whip 49 Warrior Solo
 

As a 49 warrior, when soloing (yeah yeah inb4 "warriors soloing omg!")

Should I use Staff of Battle or Sarnak hammer/ensnaring whip?

I know when I group and I am MT I should DW for aggro, and ordinarily as solo or offtank you would use 2hs for greater overall damage.

But The hammer and whip seem so dope I can't tell overall. (and the whip aint even proccing yet) although the speed of the weps might be an illusion.

Test it

Even if whip/hammer is better than the staff, you'd see better DPS with something like jade mace primary and wurmslayer offhand.

If you don't need procs there are way better one-hand dps weapons out there. And they are cheap.

I would go with the whip/sarnak because unsnared runners can be brutal

What he said...find a cleric to Donals arms you at 30% non stop. Fastest xp I ever got was like that while levelling
