Case of the Phantom Window
 

I am having an issue with my Actions window. It seems to pop up every in the same X, Y position every time I enter the game. Even when I unlock it and move it elsewhere, the next time I log in, it's "jumped" back to my bottom right corner of the screen. Anyone else having this issue or have any idea how to stop it??
