Rushka Deklamoor?
 

I didn't find anything definitive on the forums about this guy, although the question has been asked before...

Isn't Rushka Deklamoor (who sells several Kunark-era spells) supposed to be in-game now?

On the P1999 wiki, he is listed as the only merchant who sells the SK spell Strengthen Death. Might this also be available in The Overthere?

The P99 wiki seems to be largely copy/pasted. Rushka was added during Luclin, as were most of the NPC vendors in EC tunnel. The spell you're looking for is available in OT.

Yah wiki is still getting built up to be specific to p99 atm

I think some of the confusion might be that the merchants name appears in everquest resources back in the year 2000 if you use that wayback machine thing at

so might need more research to see if that merchant is actually suppose to be in the game.
