Game doesn't look classic...
 

So, this idea is totally awesome. I really want to play the game as it was from like, Classic or Kunark.

I set up my client so it would look totally classic. All my hardcore EQ'ing was from 1999 to about 2001, and I remember Luclin changed a lot, I'm pretty sure the interface I have is from like, Luclin, but let me explain...

What I get is something that doesn't look like EQ from 1999 or even from Kunark. It's all some clear interface and I tried to adjust it but it just gave me the same type of interface with a different texture. The server selection also doesn't look classic, I have no clue what expansion it's from.

I just want to be able to play the game as it was in 1999/Kunark, but everything from Server Selection, to Character Selection screen, to character creation and in game looks totally weird UI wise. I followed all the instructions for it to be classic and I didn't install any of the "velious" update stuff, but nonetheless the interface looks from a different era.

I also have issues when trying to make the game full screen, and I didn't include the screenshot of my character creation screen because it's just the same weird interface of that selection screen.

It doesnt look classic because they run the server off the titanium download,they just used modifications so everything is like it was back in 1999-velious..You have to download duxa's thing which is basically an easy way to get the velious ui and make everything classic minus the classic interface,character selection and server selection.

Ahh. That sucks. I wanted the classic interface more than anything.

I would absolutely love to use that, but it seems like the file is no longer available. I guess people stopped wanting it?

I still can't believe this is 1999 without that interface, haha. I know to some people it must plain suck but I can't play 1999 with this UI D:
