Vox and Naggy killing?
 

How do kills of these two work on here nowadays?

I fondly remember pick-up raids back in the day on live, led by twinks of higher-level players, zipping in there and giving regular folk like myself a chance to see at least a little bit of raid content and a chance to get some gear that was simply amazing compared to anything else we had.

I assume it doesn't work like that ever on here... but yeah, how DOES it work?

a guild has a player track the dragon spawn, and when it does indeed spawn, a mass message goes out for players to log in to kill them.

The few raiding guilds keep enough sub-53 characters around to do this? Then just pass on the loot to 60s who can use it? Or do they sell the gear? Or what?

just have to get faster on that spawns. Challenging ~

They keep dragon haste and epic piece. They probably sell the rest

Gauntlets of Fiery Might, Dragon Weight Reduc Bags, Epic pieces still usable by mains.

So no main ever directly participates in vox or naggy kills (what with the few serious raiding guilds having level requirements above 52 to join)?

Not surprising, but depressing nonetheless :(

That would depend if you're splitting hairs. Often mains come because a level 60 monk/warrior/melee can annihilate fire giants and or ice giants. Sometimes it's the path to the mob that is the race, not the mob.
