Yes, the middle Aqua Goblin is exactly a 29 minute spawn, while the two goblins he spawns between are only aprox 6 minute spawns. Still camping him, killed about 8 "Place Holder" spawns so far.

Fixed, pending update.

If the spawn timer is increasing by 4.5x, then is the spawn rate being increased to compensate?

It's a change to attain accuracy, not a negotiation of benefits.

Bergurgle spawn rate was not an issue, he's definitely not that rare.
