I know there is no official date on Vellious but I'm eagerly looking forward to it just like everyone else for the return of player base and new content.

However, I can't remember exactly what all fundamental changes took place for Vellious. I know the level cap did not increase and don't *think* that AA came in this expansion. All I remember is the 3 factions with their armor sets (dragon, giant, Coldain) and Veeshan's Peak coveted and fleeting Primal Vellium until a guild decided to block the rest of the server and wake/kill the Sleeper.

Anything else I'm missing?

Velious means level cap is still 60, no AA's.

NToV, Kael, Sleeper's Tomb, Zlandicar, Klandicar, Halls of Testing, Ring Wars, Coldain prayer shawl and PoGrowth.

It pretty much makes everquest fun and will allow multiple guilds to exist and raid on a regular basis due to the massive amount of mobs to kill.

Also, velious will be out around 2014.

Is that the official word... or your presumption?

There is no official "word" on it

only thing I recall last said is that epics is coming "soon", which from what I recall started in kunark, but ended in velious if I remember correctly on live

Claws of Veeshan.

Coldain.

Hate revamp, CT and Inny loots, hp/dmg and abilities.

revamped CT = funnest fight ever

The Warrens/Stonebrunt Mountains were also Velious era.

Didnt stonebrunt come much later? Like PoP or even later?

I believe Stonebrunt came out with the Warrens

And the longest Quest I have ever done several times is Stormfeather in Ice Clad Ocean for the Eyepatch of Plunder. I think that is where poopsocking started lol.
