The Female Gypsy in MM make man noises

I've done a lot of research into this, and that gypsy is no woman

Happens everywhere afaik, heard gyppies in Qeynos and Karanas letting out deep grunts too.

could just be a gypsy in drag ;p

When the gypsy models were changed to actually appear correctly, their initial spawn was still displaying them as generic human females.

Changing their gender to 'monster' corrected this. Apparently female monsters sound like men.

It's a bug. Will be fixed eventually.

Female ogres and trolls sound like women, I think that's more of a problem.
