Dyed fine plate
 

Hello Folks,

I have searched all over the forum for answers, but i have only seen pre-kunark post.

So, it's simple : Is it possible now to make dyed fine plate ? I am trying to level blacksmith and i dont want to waste time and pp if not. I heard it has been released with Kunark or so...

Dyes did not exist in the Classic - Velious era, you will not see them here. Cultural armor will be released (at least for some races/religions) around Velious timeframe.

not true, i believe dyed fine plate was in before cultural iirc

soo... if dyes were after velious, then he just miraculously combined this when servers came up and then decided to post his discovery in a totally different thread regarding ruby BP color

Man, I made like 250,000K plat brewing LoY armor dyes on Live when they first came out. That was an awesome time to be camped out in the Bazaar...

Sorry, I was thinking the LoY dye system then.

It appears that everything for dying the fine plate is in except for the empty vials and jars of acid. Which is very frustrating.

Does anyone know when they will be added?

i agree.... it was classic.... jars of acid seem to be missing, this should be looked into! a lot of people do confuse the fine plate dying with the LoY vials of prismatic dye.

Already discovered that the patch hasn't actually been reached yet, but it should be soon. Apparently, it was part of the revamps between Kunark and Velious. We'll just have to sit on our hands 'til then.
