Isabella Cellus and Banker's KoS

With recent patch it seems Isabella Cellus is now scowls instead of dubious to my SK ogre. Not sure if this is intended.

Further, the bankers in NFP scowled and attacked me when I tried to bank there (guards are amiable). I'm not sure any banker should be KoS.

Bankers can be KOS. You can just continue to bank with them while they hit you.

lol, yeah I have not gotten to them yet, do not expect the Paladins of NFP to love your beastial evil knight forever.

No I've worked my faction up with the guards. I guess the banker is on another faction.
