was sitting in east freeport next to gaurds gettin mana, casted cannibilize and they agroed me and killed me.. had 1 targeted i believe..

just experienced this same thing (as well as witnessing it happen to someone else). canni'd next to the banker in oggok (he was targeted) and all of a sudden I have every ogre in the place chase me out of town. didn't die luckily.

also, my faction seems to have gone down although this may be unrelated (no clue what I did to lower it though).

Sounds like the PvP guard agro is agro'ing Cannibalize for damaging someone in range of guards :p
