and then (me being in TR), approached someone from TMO, and got an invis without an issue, as they are not jelly little shitstains like Taken members.

Not sure why you have such a hard-on for Taken since the main person of our's that hated your guild left a while ago. You asked one person for help and got denied...get over it. I'm sure his refusal had more to do with you than your guild tag anyway.
