Was the quest Gnoll Bounty in Halas recently removed from the game?

I've lost 10 gnoll fangs so far (all individually traded to Lysbith McNaff) in the past couple of days.


edit.. nvm derp.. quest takes 3 gnoll fangs to do... move along nuthin to see here >_>
