Will doing gnoll fang quest in qeynos screw me with the necro guild?
 
Im a bertox worshipping human necro. If I do the quest in south qeynos, will i screw my faction with the guards? I dont know who the corrupted guards you lose faction with are.

Is the exp for the turn in in halas the same?

You will go KOS if you do it enough times. Moonstones don't fix it all.
Lieutenant Dagarok and the patrolling guard in SQ are the two that will be the biggest pain in the ass.
The xp in halas is better.

I did the quest in both cities and received more exp per fang in Qeynos, but if you're concerned about faction I would do the Halas quest
