Swarm Kiting Aggro
 

Currently, if a bard is swarm kiting and you snare him, even if your close by, you won't get aggro on his mobs. I confirmed this with a warrior as I bashed a bard on his swarm (running through the mobs) and got no aggro even after the bard died.
