Can't get the illusion cast on you until Luclin which will never be on this server. May be possible to faction, but its tough.

Your deity might also be an issue if you are not agnostic.
Also Ogre is not the only illusion that helps, DE is what chanters use when they are doing the quest at level 12.

Only an enchanter can effectively do this quest.

If you're agnostic, you can get a DE mask from guk and do that one quest over and over... snow blossoms?
