how to play????
 

Hi i played eq back on day 1 for many years then left for few years and came back and since stopped. i have played many mmos but nothing was ever as good as original eq and really want to play!!!

I have a everquest titanium folder(from a torrent) on my computer but am very uncomputer savvy and do not know how to use that folder and get it to steam as the directions state in step 1 of project 19999 getting started guide?
Do i need to burn it on to cds? then upload to steam? i have no cds and think my cd drive nolonger reads well... i have seen diff tools people suggest to use but even if i download them im afraid i wouldnt be able to figure em out,,,, plz help!!!!!!!!!!

You do NOT need steam.

Burn the ISO files as CDs.

Install from the CDs as usual and then follow the instructions on the getting started thread: http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2651

You will need to register an account in the EQEmulator forums and, from there, you can create accounts for the game.

Do NOT start the game until you have made the changes as per the "Getting Started" post and NEVER patch the server.

im confused i used slysoft some virtaul cloning thing and looked like my folder was working it was installing game and then said pls insert disc 2,, i couldnt figure out how to use disc 2 so been tryin to install thru folder at second cd spot... UGH this seems like ill never get it do i just click on duxia and it does all work for me? ughhhhhh

you got to select the drive disc 2 is in you have to clone the file onto another disk spot and type in that disk it could be F: or L: or G: what ever drive its in and u do that with all the other files

i cant even get the installer thing working again,, since i closed it out and now some1 told me to use daemon lite tool and i go to download it and tries to download all sorts of other things MAN 2 days of tryin things and im still at step 1 i hate being computer illiterate
