Hadden in qeynos hills
 

Hadden is a 6 hour spawn i understand according to people that have camped him often on Project1999.
It has been over 8 hours now with no respawn so I assume it must be a bug of some kind.

You've literally been staring at your screen for 8 hours?

Im guessing someone swooped you and you didn't see.
