Cant get quest mobs to ever drop loot I need anyone have this spell and didnt use it?

Unless its been fixed, I wouldn't bother. The ratio was far worse than canni 1, returning 26 mana instead of 25 for like 17 more health. Fortunately it only took me like 30 minutes of my time to do the quest so I wasn't too upset.
