Meditation Skill

Level 3 Wizard. I noticed my meditation skill has not been going up. I remember this from beta, which was an easy fix of just training 1 point in the skill. From then on, it would fly up every time I was sitting down.

I went to the Wizard guild to train a point up and noticed that the skill is not even available to put points into.

You have to be level 4 to train it. It doesn't show up for before level 4 for some reason.
