PvP kills on Players taking into account monster damage for loot rights
 

basically the way it should work is if you get the last hit on a player, regardless of who else did damage, you should have loot rights to that player

right now if a mob is beating on a player and does more damage than you, you dont have loot rights

also takes into account player damage i think loot rights are for whoever has most damage, should be for whoever has last hits
