How about people start hanging out in there! I just joined it a few minutes ago for the first time.

1) Developers and GM's seem to be hanging out in that channel.

The server would become a lot more fun and exciting if everyone on red99 had hangout that welcomed everyone.

It could also be useful for several things like forming groups, announcing where guilds/people are, asking for help etc and most importantly flaunt the tears you bring to the people.
