Naltron's Mark makes not regen / be healed higher then 95-97 % hp

yeah, so i've realized whenever i have that buff on, naltron's mark, my hp gets bugged at 95-97% range and it doesnt regen or can be healed higher then that

Resolving due to age and most likely just a display issue.
