If you let root last the full duration, the icon disappears and you can move at the end of it, but you can't use J-boots or SoW for an extra 6 seconds. Says spell will not take hold. (if you dispell the root you can reapply Jboots right away)

Also on a side note, is it intended that if a target is out of range for the clickie effect on the Soulfire, that it doesnt cast and still burns one of the five charges?

Exactly the same bug with Enchanter mezzes atm and most likely all other CC spells as well since it's like that for Mez and root (I didn't try any other CC spells personally). When Dazzle wear out then you can't do anything for like 30-60 seconds besides running.

It's the message like "Your Feet come free." that is delayed. Same with the enchanter "You are no longer mesmerized" those messages come way way after the actual buff has worn out therefor the game think you're still rooted/mezzed. Fix plez!
