Apparently DC Universe has gone free to play. I started the download last night (14gigs)
Does anyone have experience with this game ? Any tips to starting out ? Is it worth wasting my time on, until red99 ?

I'm downloading it now. Never heard anything about the game and haven't played 1 super-hero game I have liked yet but i keep on trying. I'd usually say it's not good at all because its Free to play, but they actually did a great job with the EQ2 free to play.

I'd say you're wasting your time, Wait for Red99 until then enjoy the sun

I have it on the PS3, its actually pretty cool, but honestly, without paying for the package to go up a tier on your account, things are shitty. Cant trade, limited character slots, etc.
