Bard grouping with higher levels question
 

If the pvp flag system is going to be off, this means a low level bard like myself can group with higher levels and provide speed to the group, heals over time, etc and remain in range only to those as if he wasn't in group of higher levels?

Yes, the dynamic range system has been removed for some reason.

Dynamic range was removed because 8 levels was way too much of a difference in the earlier levels of EQ pvp. If Rogean where to perfect the dynamic range (people being in range one minute to be out of range the next, lower levels being able to attack higher levels without them able to fight back, lots more reported in bug forum) and implement it with his new level ranges I am all for it. But I, and many more people, would rather have a set level range that works as opposed to an unfair system that sometimes works.

And yes you can do that with your bard. Also if someone is able to attack your bard then the higher levels cannot help unless one is a healer.
