Jonthan's Provocation

Jonthan's Provocation the level 45 bard song is supposed to be a self only song like Jonthan's whistling warsong. Currently it requires you to target someone to be able to sing and doesn't auto self target.

It is currently classic. Wasn't changed to be self-only til post-Velious, iirc.
