where are the new spells files?

suppose to be under the file eqchanges.zip

under the post "Getting Started" in the library section


but, the most recent file change still does not fix the levitate bug from pegasus cloak, you still have to zone to get the buff, when you zone you can not click it off and its just a red square

weird... i've seen it work for some people who updated their spell files

are you sure the ones from the last patch are in the getting started post?

-shrug- not sure, thats where they are always updated to though

and ive yet to see it work for some1 without having to zone...i know levitate rings work still but dont think cloaks do.
