Spell Interupts while standing still
 

Unless wind is now causing me to move. I will be casting a spell and it will have interrupts even when not moving.

This started after the patch on 10/23.

I haven't noticed this. Is it possible that you were recently moving and due to lag haven't been registered as stationary?

don't think so, but anything is possible, but have happened when standing up as well
