Graphic effects
 

From what I remember, spell graphic effects used to increase as your level increased.

I don't remember all the level breaks but I think it was something like:

Level 1: Basic

Level 20: Advanced

Level 40: Full Detail

I am getting the full detail graphics even at level 1, is this by design?
