target yourself

hit F3+9+space+T+[guild name]+[character name]+/leave

i don't have enough fingers for all that wizardry. is there an easier way?

just tag yourself (thats the problem i had when i tried to deguild cause i didnt tag myself when i tried till i found out) and type /guildremove Name (i think guildremove is enough)

targeted self and used /guildremove

"attempting to remove from guild..."
"you can only remove guild members with a lesser rank than yourself"

is the guild management window disabled because it wasn't in classic, or does it not work on the emu?

It would be nice to have that working

Only officers can remove members.
Only guildleader can remove officers.
Only server staff can remove guildleader.
Only nilbog can remove server staff.
nilbog is goblin spelled backwards.

i swear i remember being able to quit a guild when i played on live, without being an officer, but i could be wrong. this is blasphemy!!!!

jorg has it slightly wrong. if you need help being removed from a guild here is the easy way to do it

/tell amelinda can you remove me from my guild please?

if i'm not on
/petition can you remove me from my guild please?

then it'll stay in queue and when someone signs on - we'll get you :)
