Charmed caster mobs rarely casting
 

I charmed a lot back on live and charmed casters would cast much like they would when not charmed. They would rebuff themselves when their buffs wore off outside of combat and all that. This doesn't seem to be the case on P99.

A notable example of this is a charmed shaman mob on p99 will not heal itself between fights. They certainly did on live, although would sometimes prefer to chain cast regen on themselves until OOM instead of using a real heal.

It sounds like it could be balancing issue if corrected, it really isn't. They OOM within 1-3 fights, and spend most of their time casting spells that do far less damage then their melee. Nonetheless it was fun and entertaining watching mobs do something other then auto-attack.
