No skybox/always night
 

Tried searching this but it kept telling me my search terms were too common. No matter what time it is in-game, my sky is always black. Has anyone had this experience/can help me fix it?

Do you have any spell effects?

Yes, and other lighting such as torches, GLSs, etc. still provide light.
