PVP flagging upon leveling
 

As it stands now, whenever someone levels up they are instantly flagged hostile to every range of pvp.

For example upon dinging level 2, the message "You are now in range to pvp from 1 to 252 (some absurd number)" is displayed and you are now flagged to be attacked by anyone until you zone.

Several high levels kill lowbies in Gfay due to this bug.

this would explain all the orange names i when i run through lower level zones.

edit: now that i think about it, as i recalled when i was leveled i saw that message alot during the lower levels when i dinged. it stopped doing it somewhere in the 30's i think, and would show the range that it should be. even so, leveling you shouldn't "flag" you to a level range higher then what you naturally would have.
