Ice comet- Wheel quest in
 

Cant be 100% certain but someone was linking ice comet scroll. Orignally ice comet was only obtained using research from runes that came from Vox

Wasn't it made questable before Kunark came out? If that's the case, I'd say it's fair to leave it in from the beginning. Any change that doesn't cross expansion borders is ok in my book, especially when it's a positive influence on PvP. Without the quest, all but a select few wizards would be limited to Conflagration which would basically make the entire class worthless for anyone who isn't in one of the two guilds who will be at the top competing for raid content. If Ice Comet wasn't made questable until Kunark or later, that's a bit different, but I'd still have no problem leaving the quest in. Who's gonna ever play a wizard knowing that it's hugely likely that their best nuke will be barely better than the best enchanter nuke?

ice comet needs to be DROP ONLY FROM VOX

not fucking research , it needs to be rare and awesome or every fish bait will have it

Vox drops the runes, which i think were no drop as well. SO you had to 1) be at vox raid and 2) have like 180 research
