Do these ever get answered or resolved?.. Who does one contact in game or forums to get it looked after?

There is a petitions/exploits forum. Non-emergency petitions should go there. They do get answered. I would recommend being polite and respectful in the petition. That has shown positive results for me in the past.

I put in a petition on 2-4-2011. It was answered on 3-2-2011.

Takes time, but they get to them.

When I got scammed on an account purchase (supposed to be firepots..not firepots..missing a few items mentioned) they said I was SOL. Just be careful.
