Spell pricing

Shit is way overpriced. Allakhazam lists 8gp for a level 8 spell, which is reasonable.. Not 4plat per which it is currently.

This spell costs 4 pp 5 gold in Ak Anon, for a gnome. (We have low Charisma). The other level 8 spells also cost about the same.
