Siphon Strength not taking Str

Had SK in group cast Siphon Strength on me joking around. When it lands it gives him str but doesn't take any of mine. Also it seems to resist an absurd amount for an even con.

The debuff showed up after I zoned.

Siphon Strength

currently does not debuff the intended target. It does, however, give strength to the person using it.
