Lvl 1 Skellies In Everfrost Hit For 11
 

I don't think this is zone specific as I have heard other people talking about this but I nearly got one-shotted from a lvl 1 even con skelly that hit me for 11 at level 1. Seem's a bit high, please address.

noticed this too, decaying skeletons, kobolds in steamfont mountains, brittle skeletons, the lvl 5 skeletons as well all hit much higher then other similar level mobs. not sure if working as intended (gotta earn that cracked staff?)

Same deal with decaying skeletons in Nektulos

yes ive noticed this too in greater faydark.
i got my butt handed to me by an orc pawn who hit for more then an orc centurion. also decaying skeletons were hitting for 11 here too.

Needs more information. Specifically, were these mobs wielding weapons?

Not a PvP Bug.
