Current ones are race based, Iksar can't wear them.

That is dated Feb 4, 2002. Luclin was released in Dec 2001.

I bought some of these this week. They used to not be usable by Iksar, but they are all/all now. WOOT!

Iksar cannot wear plate, which is correct.

Now go to Equipment, then feet. find golden efreeti boots and click on it. i bet it looks a little bit like this picture:

Dude we had this same thread. Only it was right after Kunark launched and we got them to change it to exclude Iksar...
