UI issue after latest patch
 

using titanium version on xp operating system:

after latest patch mousing over my buffs does not display buff name and time remaining on the buff.

have totally re-installed from scratch trying to fix and its still broken.
have tried various ui's and it's still broken.

anyone have an answer?
