Spirit-Scale of Wolf?
 

Someone supposedly cast SoW on me but the spell description was "Such-n-Such casts spirit-scale of wolf on you" and then no buff came up and I couldn't cast jboots.

Resolving due to age and lack of log files to track down the bug.
