Strange Lag?
 

My friend has this issue when she's in game that other characters flicker away and then back whenever they move and sometimes when they don't. Her own character animation is smooth and besides that, there are no issues. She did notice, however, if she opened up another small window in front of EQ, the characters would solidify. Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? I can't imagine what's wrong.

Okay, so I'm at her house right now. I saw the issue and I'm still baffled. I tried DLing and running EQ off of WinEQ 2.0 and she says there is an improvement, but still, when other characters are running around, they sort of pop back or forward and it is rather confusing to follow. Her own character animation is smooth as well are NPCs, even moving ones. Anyone have any ideas? Suggestions?
