Rolling server ruleset?
 

How about different rule-sets for days of the week? satisfy everyone's hunger for pvp, you could also alternate item loot for certain days.

That's dumb and will just create more work for the staff...getting 300 petitions about training and whatever and no one knowing WTF is legal when.

So if I was a gnome I could only kill another gnome on Monday Wednesday Friday? Tuesday and Thursdays I can have my gear taken.
